We aim to deliver ALL products directly to your door, FREE within 24 working hours, provided we receive your order by 1pm (Mainland GB only). In the unlikely event we should be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of a new ship date and deliver to you as soon receive new stock.
Free delivery on all orders over £25.00 inc VAT. For all orders below £25.00 inc VAT delivery is charged at £5.95.
Large orders will be sent on a palletised delivery which takes approximately 3 days. Please note, that on some occasions, large deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge which will be advised and agreed with the customer before shipment.
Delivery to all non-mainland UK addresses is charged at £25.00 + VAT. This includes delivery to some remote areas of the UK and all of Northern Ireland.
Returns
Returns for items that have not arrived damaged or are unwanted will be at the managers discretion.
All such returns will be subject to a 20% restocking and collection fee (There is a minimum charge of £25.00 + VAT).
If you wish to send any item back please contact us and we will be in touch in terms of providing the correct address to return it to and any charges that may apply.
To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine (as new) condition and in original packaging and we must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Items that are ordered as bespoke items or made to order items including any printed items (items with customer specific graphics) or other such items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstance.
